On November 10-12, 2020, ECAQA External Evaluation Commission (EEC) visited the International Academy of Fertility science and conducted evaluation of the institution's activities within the framework of institutional accreditation of continuing education organizations (continuing professional development).

External expert commissions of the ECA visited colleges: October 6-7, 2020, Kazakhstan-RUSSIAN HIGHER MEDICAL COLLEGE (accreditation of educational programs).

In July 2020, The Eurasian Centre for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Health Care (ECAQA) conducted peer reviews of two organisations, which implement continuing education programmes in health care, for the compliance with the Standards for Institutional Accreditation of Organisations for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for Healthcare Professionals.

On June 24, 2020, The Eurasian Centre for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Health Care (ECAQA) took part in the Internet-Based Seminar of The World Federation for Medical Education (WFME). The WFME webinar was organized under the title – “WFME perspectives: effects of the 2020 pandemic on the accreditation and practice of medical education”. The Internet-Based Seminar addressed influence of the pandemic on accreditation of medical schools, discussed the standards for distance learning in medical education, adapting and augmenting the WFME Recognition of Accreditation Programme.

On June 23, 2020, The Eurasian Centre for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Health Care (ECAQA) took part in the Global webinar of The International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE). A series of INQAAHE webinars have been organized under the title – “Online Assessment: Best Practices and Practical Solutions”. At the first online meeting, recommendations for quality assurance of distance learning were discussed, and experts in the area exchanged knowledge and best practices. Specific solutions were proposed to maintain education quality and continuity during the global pandemic.

On November 21-22, 2019, within the framework of institutional accreditation, the ECAQA External Evaluation Commission (EEC) visited ACCREDO-MED Centre for Continuing Professional Development LLP, which implements continuing education programmes (retraining and professional development for specialists with medical education).

On October 01-02, 2019, within the framework of institutional accreditation, the ECAQA External Evaluation Commission (EEC) visited the ÓRKEN MEDICAL EDUCATIONAL CENTER LLP which implements continuing professional education programmes (retraining and professional development, master classes, seminars, and trainings for doctors of all specialties).

On September 26-27, 2019, within the framework of institutional accreditation, the ECAQA External Evaluation Commission (EEC) visited the National Research Oncology Center LLP which provides training for trainees of residency and continuing education programmes (retraining and professional development, master classes, seminars, trainings).

On September 24-25, 2019, within the framework of institutional accreditation, the ECAQA External Evaluation Commission (EEC) visited the RSE on the REM Republican Centre for Health Development of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan which implements continuing education programmes (professional development, training seminars).
