The Expert Commission consisted of G. T. Nurgaliyeva, Chair of the Commission and Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the D. Kalmatayev State Higher Medical College of the Abai Region Health Department; G. G. Makhkamova, Candidate of Medical Sciences and Associate Professor of the Department of Training, Retraining and Advanced Training of Family Physicians at Tashkent State Medical University (Republic of Uzbekistan); academic experts from higher medical colleges in Taldykorgan, Almaty, and Pavlodar, as well as a student representative and an employer representative.

The external evaluation conducted during 9–11 December 2025 included validation of the college’s and educational programmes’ self-evaluation reports, review of resources and documentation, meetings with key stakeholders, and visits to practical training sessions and the college’s clinical bases. The College initiated not only the institutional accreditation but also the accreditation of all educational programmes. Particular emphasis was placed on the organisation of continuing professional development (additional and non-formal education) for learners enrolled in CPD programmes. The External Expert Commission presented recommendations for improvement and submitted recommendations to the Accreditation Council regarding the accreditation period.
