The visit of the International External Expert Commission of the Eurasian Centre for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Health Care (ECAQA) took place on 22–23 October 2025 within the framework of the institutional accreditation of “ALMATY EDUMED” LLP for compliance with the Institutional Accreditation Standards for Continuing Professional Development (Additional and Non-Formal Education). The Commission was chaired by G.G. Bedelbaeva, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Head of the Department of Therapeutic Disciplines, Institute of Continuing and Professional Development, Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University. The international expert –Urmanbetov Kubatbek Samybekovich, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Head of Department, Deputy Director for Science, Chief Physician and Senior Researcher of the Research Institute of Heart Surgery and Organ Transplantation of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (MOH KR), Bishkek. Acting Professor of the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute of Postgraduate and Continuing Education of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Commission also included an academic expert on the accreditation of continuing professional development, an employer expert, and a learner expert.
