The purpose of the expert commission's work was to assess the organisation for compliance with the Standards of Institutional Accreditation of Postgraduate Education and CPD Organisations, as well as to evaluate 3 residency programmes.

The international expert commission included Uryasev Oleg Mikhailovich, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Faculty Therapy named after Professor V.Ya. Garmash, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the "Ryazan State Medical University named after Academician I.P. Pavlov" of the Ministry of Health of Russia.
