On June 23–25, 2026, the international external expert commission conducted an evaluation of the institutional activities of the Kyzylorda Higher Medical College, as well as an assessment of the quality of educational programmes in the applied bachelor’s degree in nursing and pharmacy to ensure compliance with ECAQA accreditation Standards.

The college initiated the reaccreditation process to confirm the high quality of educational activities at one of the oldest educational organisation training mid-level medical professionals in Kazakhstan. The expert commission, chaired by E.A. Urazalieva, Deputy Director of “Interdent Higher Medical College” LLP, included R.Kh.

Salikhodzhaeva, a foreign accreditation expert, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, and Head of the Department of “Nurses with Higher Education” at the Center for the Development of Professional Qualifications of Healthcare Workers, as well as the Chief Specialist in Nursing at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, along with Kazakhstani academic experts, representatives of the healthcare sector, and students. The expert work was carried out in accordance with the site visit program.
