Memorandum of Understanding between the ECAQA and The European Quality Assurance Agency (EQAA)

On October 2, 2019, The Eurasian Centre for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Health Care (ECAQA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with The European Quality Assurance Agency (EQAA), Germany. The Memorandum was signed by the Director General Saule Sarsenbayeva on behalf of the ECAQA and by the Managing Director Prof. Bastian Baumann
on behalf of the EQAA.

EQAA offers international accreditation to universities, other higher education institutions and a wide range of other education and training providers, including providers of technical and vocational education. EQAA has been established on the basis of the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG) and operates accordingly. EQAA is the first international agency offering institutional accreditation. EQAA also offers accreditation of individual study programmes and other qualifications. EQAA is fully independent of any government and higher education institution. https://eqaa.eu/en/
